ClearVac^TM Deluxe Mobile Windshield Repair System Model #CVDX

This deluxe windshield repair system is made to accommodate businesses requiring equipment and supplies to handle higher volumes of auto glass repair work and specialized glass services. The Clear Vac Deluxe Mobile comes with a portable battery operated UV lamp. It includes 2 complete injector assemblies, a linear crack repair kit , as well as a pit polish kit.

ClearVac^TM re-supply kits are ideal for use with any Blue Star repair system that uses the ClearVac^TM injector assembly. These convenient re-supply kits come with components and replacement parts to complete either 24, or 48 repairs.

All components can be purchased separately and are listed in the parts and re-supplies section.

The MagnaPump^TM re-supply kits are specifically designed for the MaganPump^TM. These kits contain heavy duty pedestals designed to handle the higher pressure and vacuum produced by the pump. These professional re-supply kits come with components and replacement parts to complete either 25, or 50 repairs.

All components can be purchased separately and are listed in the parts and re-supplies section.

How Cure Guard Works

When performing repairs outdoors place Cure Guard over Flow Regulator before connecting Hose.

Because the sun (ultra violet light) or very bright light is what cures the resin, the Cure Guard shield prevents light from coming into contact with the resin before the repair process is completed.
